ALPAMINT can work closely with DDS providers to integrate our outsourced transcription service. ALPAMINT partners utilise the latest encryption technology to facilitate the transfer of dictations to ALPAMINT.

The e-mail service allows the end user to dictate using a digital recorder and send a file for transcription using an e-mail application or internet e-mail account.

Once and email is sent, you will receive an automated notification from us to let you know they have arrived. If you have a recorder that does not have the software to automatically send files to us you can simply attach your sound files to an e-mail and send them through to us. We can use email encryption systems for greater security and confidentiality.

Telephone dictations can be made on your landline or mobile phone. The telephone acts like a digital recorder, as the sound file is directly inserted into our in-house system, this is an easy and cost effective method of outsourcing.
